1. Overview
Welcome to Bark and Bone! By using this website and purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.
2. Intellectual Property
All artwork sold on this site, whether digital or physical, is the sole property of Shelley Sandiford and is protected by copyright law. By purchasing a product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to display the art. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of the artwork without express written consent is prohibited.
3. Products
- Physical Art Prints: These are professionally produced prints of my original artwork. Print dimensions, materials, and finishing options are listed on each product page.
- Digital Downloads: Digital files are high-resolution versions of my original artwork. These files are provided for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed through secure payment gateways, including PayPal and Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
5. Shipping (for Physical Prints)
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 4-5 business days.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping option.
- International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any additional customs or import taxes.
6. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered via email or direct download links after the payment is confirmed. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout. Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Physical Products: We accept exchanges of physical prints under the following conditions:
- The wrong item was received or the print arrived damaged.
- An exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge. Please provide photo proof within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, please let us know of any issues you are experiencing with your files. Oftentimes, there are things we can do to rectify the problem.
8. License for Digital Products
By purchasing digital art, you are buying a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal use only. You may:
- Print the artwork for personal display.
- Use it as a background on your personal devices.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.
- Modify the artwork in any way without express permission.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will only collect the personal information necessary to process your order, such as name, address, and payment information. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping companies).
10. Limitation of Liability
