HELP! My breed isn't on your list! Can I pre-order?
Yes!
We’ve got roughly 60 breeds on site—and another 60+ waiting in the closet. Didn’t spot your favorite? Pre-order it now and you’ll be the first to unlock it!
There's space on the order page to add any breed that's not listed.
It will then be created as a pre-order.
A few rules:
Any new breeds created as part of this offer are NOT custom.
We reserve the right to continue selling this image as part of future breed releases.
In the event we create a new breed for you, please allow a little extra time to receive your order.
Purebred dogs only, please. See the next FAQ if you're the proud owner of a mixed-breed dog.
What if my bestie's a mixed-breed dog?
The artwork on this site was created using real breed skulls, skeletons, and images as references where possible.
The physical variability in mixed breeds makes it literally impossible to accurately depict mixed-breed dogs.
However, we occasionally open our doors to custom orders. Mixed breeds welcome! Check that out HERE.
What are "High-Res Merch Files?"
These are the digital PNG files you'll receive with your MEGA pack order.
Use them to slap your favorite breed on whatever product you want. Whenever you want.
Use them for tattoo inspo. Stickers. Mugs. Tumblers. Tees. Whatever your wee heart desires.
These aren't limited to a single product— you’re getting the foundation for every product.
And the personal use license to do so. As many times as you want.

Why do you need to know whether my dog is male or female?
Well…accuracy matters, even in the world of bones. Male dogs sport something called a baculum (yep, a crotch bone). If you take a closer look at some of our art, you’ll notice a few dogs showing it off proudly. So, unless you want to give your girl dog an unexpected ‘bone,’ it’s best we get the details right. ;)
How will I receive my digital files, and how long will it take?
Once your art has been personalized with your dog's info, a set of files will be sent to you via email. Allow 2-3 days for the completion of your personalized digital order.
Please check your spam folder and promotions tab if you don't see it.
I've ordered prints. How long will it take to receive them?
Every print is made to order and ships FREE (in Canada and the continental US), rolled, and ready for framing.
The production and shipping times are ultimately dependent on our print partners. It generally takes 1-2 weeks for your order to print and an additional 3-4 weeks for shipping.
Please allow 4-5 weeks to receive your order.
If we could get your art to you sooner, we would. We promise it'll be worth the wait.
Where do you ship?
The Digital Vault items are delivered via email and are available worldwide.
For this offer, physical prints are only shipped to Canada and the continental US at this time.

Are the personalized prints fully custom?
Nope.
The creation of semi-custom or personalized work means you can get prints and digital wallpapers with your dog's info for less money than a fully custom piece.
Speaking of customs...
If you'd like one of those, you can find information HERE. Custom orders involve using YOUR photos to produce an art x-ray of your very own dog.
Commissions are a great alternative if you'd like a fully custom piece or if you have a mixed-breed dog in your life.
Can I use the art commercially?
No. Personalized products and files are for personal use only. You’re welcome to print your artwork as a poster, a sticker, a mug, a tattoo — whatever makes your weird little heart happy.
But you may NOT sell or reproduce this art on products for commercial gain, branding, or resale.

Do you accept refunds?
All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, please let us know of any issues you are experiencing with your files. Physical prints come with a 30-day "satisfaction guaranteed" policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
