Order Processing
Are your digital wallpapers & icons for both Android & iOS?
YES! All files are in PNG format and, so long as you’re on iOS 14 or later, will work regardless of the device you use.
Do you accept refunds on your digital orders?
ALL DIGITAL ORDERS COME WITH A FULL 14 DAY GUARANTEE. If you’re not happy with your files, I’ll give you a refund. BUT, I’m here to make sure you love your purchase. Let me know how I can help! Email: shelley@meatonbones.com
What if I have a problem with my print order?
OH NO!! So sorry to hear that. If your artwork or products arrived damaged, we’re required by our supplier to provide photographic proof. Sending pictures ahead of time will speed up the process. We’re happy to offer a replacement for goods damaged onroute.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Digital Breed Bones (wallpapers) are available as downloadable files once your payment has been processed. You can access these files either through a download link on the Thank You page or through an email automatically sent to you upon purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Contact: shelley@meatonbones.com if you experience any issues.
AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT KEEP INVENTORY. That means all posters, metal art and other physical items are created upon order. Orders take 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 for printing. Beyond that, it can take 1-2 weeks to ship within the US or Canada, and 2-3 weeks to ship internationally. Occasionally, customs will hold prints for unknown reasons. We apologize for these kinds of delays in advance.

My favorite breed isn’t part of your line up? Will you be adding more?
WE STRIVE TO ADD NEW BREEDS WEEKLY. Joining our email list will ensure you’re kept up to date with new arrivals. You're also welcome to request (pure) breeds. We’re happy to add your favorites to the queue as time allows.
Do you hate mixed breeds? Why don’t I see any on your site?
WHOA! NOT FAIR. We seriously love all dogs! However, the artwork on this site was created using real breed skulls, skeletons and images as references where possible. The physical variability in mixed breeds makes it literally impossible to accurately depict mixed breed dogs.
However, we occasionally receive custom orders for mixed breeds. SEE NEXT FAQ.
Do you do custom orders?
We occasionally open the doors to custom prints at select times of the year. This is where we use your photos and lay a skeleton overtop for a custom poster of your own dog. Mixed breeds welcome! These poster drives are announced through social media and to our email subscribers.
