Because our add-ons are custom-made just for you and your dog(s), we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Every order is created with care and intention — whether it's a print, acrylic, blanket, or sticker pack — and inspected to ensure it meets our standards before it ships out.
We send all files and digital packages to your email for your approval before submitting orders to our print partners.
We urge you to make sure all information /text is accurate.
That said, if something arrives damaged or doesn't look quite right, reach out to us at shelley@barkandbone.ca within 7 days of delivery. We’ll always do our best to make it right. Our goal is to make sure you absolutely love what you receive.

This is a physical print add-on for existing custom commissions. You’ll receive a high-quality art print of your dog’s bones, designed for mini altars, gallery walls, or wherever you feel like paying tribute.
