Hoodies are made to order. Production time is 3-5 business days, and shipping is an additional 10-15 days.

Orders shipped outside Canada or the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees once they reach your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We don’t have control over these costs (and we don’t collect them at checkout), so we recommend checking your country’s import policies if you’re unsure.
Policies & Returns
Because hoodies are made to order, refunds or cancellations cannot be issued once your order has entered production.
Replacements or refunds are only offered in cases of a confirmed error on my end or a manufacturing defect.
If something looks wrong, damaged, or not as expected, send an email (with photos) to shelley@barkandbone.ca right away so I can take care of it.
