Personalized digital files (based on your dog's info and your preferences) are created post-purchase and will be available through email within 48-72 hours. Files will be sent from shelley@barkandbone.ca. Be sure to check your spam/promotion tabs if you don't see it.
ABOUT YOUR FILES:
Your downloadable PNGs are delivered in RGB format.
If your setup—or your print vendor—is stuck in CMYK mode, no worries. Just reach out and we’ll spin your dog’s bones into CMYK.

Policies & Returns
All digital products (wallpapers, icons, and printable downloads) are delivered through direct download links and email upon purchase.
Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. However, please let us know if you're experiencing any difficulties with your files and we will do what we can to resolve any issues.
Physical products are made to order. Estimated production time is 3-5 business days, and shipping time is 5-10 business days.
"30-Day Guaranteed" policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
