All digital products (wallpapers, icons, and printable downloads) are delivered through direct download links and email upon purchase.
Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. However, please let us know if you're experiencing any difficulties with your files and we will do what we can to resolve any issues.
Physical products are made to order. Estimated production time is 3-5 business days, and shipping time is 5-10 business days.
"30-Day guaranteed" policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
